As Executive Director, Stephen brings 20 years of experience of advocating for children. Stephen has always had great respect for Children Advocacy Centers and often says as that he works for his heroes in this role. Stephen is leading the chapter to be a great resource for all 52 CACs across the state and is excited about the team he has in place to help accomplish this mission.
In Stephen’s free time, he enjoys time with his family – wife & 2 young kids. He also loves the outdoors, fishing, music, and is a bit of a foodie.
Ruth Wiseman
Statewide Training & Education Coordinator

In her role of Statewide Training and Education Coordinator, Ruth brings a passion for children and significant training and education experience. Ruth has considerable experience as a session and keynote speaker for nonprofits, schools, and universities, frequently incorporating her personal story of raising a child with significant intellectual and behavioral needs.
In her free time, Ruth is most likely at her daughter’s house spending time with her 2 young grandbabies. She and her husband also enjoy traveling and spending their weekends camping.
Rachel Wilson

Rachel brings with her a passion for people and an eagerness to help where she can. With a background in education, Rachel is well suited for the Member Relations and Program Coordinator position.
In Rachel’s free time, she enjoys game nights with her family and friends, reading, and taking naps. She is also a calligrapher and lettering artist.
Sarah Dittman

Sarah brings over 10 years of nonprofit management and direct service knowledge to her role as the Grants and Compliance Coordinator. She is passionate about helping nonprofits grow and is excited to support the Chapter membership to better serve the children and families of Tennessee. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog - a (not so little) Yellow Lab.
